How do I subscribe to CloudPlex Ultramesh as a Service?

Start by joining the beta program, which is easy, and only takes a minute. Click on 'Join Beta' anywhere on the website, it will prompt you for your Name and Email Address – that is all. You will receive an email with a link, to validate your email address. Once your email address is validated, we will keep your information in our list of active beta members.

When can I start using CloudPlex Ultramesh as a Service?

Once you join our beta program, you will be added to our list of beta members. CloudPlex is close to launching Ultramesh as Service. Once our platform is launched, we will add you as a developer level subscriber, and send you an email. The email will contain a link to activate your subscription. Once activated, start using the platform right away to design, debug, deploy and manage your cloud native application mesh.

What can I do with my developer level subscription?

We offer a developer level subscription free of charge for developers building or preparing to build cloud native applications. The goal of the developer level subscription is to allow users not only to explore CloudPlex Ultramesh features and capabilities, but to design, develop, configure, debug, deploy and manage meaningful cloud native applications. The core platform features are available as part of the developer subscription. The idea is to give developers freedom to develop, test and debug a substantial size application (max mesh size 25), before launching the applications in production. Once you are ready, you can upgrade the subscription to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise, depending on the size of the organization, the size and number of applications, and the business need.

What level of support is included?

All subscription plans include email-based support for free. You can create a support ticket from the website or the platform itself. The SLAs for each subscription plans are different. In addition to email-based support, phone-based business hours and 24 x 7 technical support are also available. Please contact sales for additional support information. In addition to technical support, community support and discussion forums are also available.
